What is this section for?

This section is NOT for complaining about a player or admin, there is another section for that. The only reason you may be posting here is because there is a server issue, if a server is down, a mod that is supposed to be on the server has broken, mentioning it here is what to do. There is a reason for each section in the forums, please be sure to put everything in the right section, thanks!
